We pride ourselves on delivering fresh-baked goods, made and shipped to order. To ensure timely delivery, we bake from Sunday through Wednesday and ship orders between Monday and Wednesday. This schedule aligns with USPS operations to prevent extended shipping times, as USPS does not deliver on Sundays. We utilize USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Day) service for all shipments.
Processing Time
Due to high demand, we typically handle 800-1200 orders per batch. To accommodate this volume, it can take up to eight daysto complete all orders. We bake and ship approximately 130-200 orders daily. Our baking schedule begins the Sunday following the announcement of the sale.
Shipping Fee & Tracking
A $15 shipping fee covers USPS Priority Mail. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information to the address provided during checkout.
Order Accuracy
Please review your order details carefully, as we cannot make changes to the order once it has been placed. This includes additions, subtractions, or corrections to the shipping address. If an incorrect address is submitted, we will process a refund only if the error is caught before shipping. No refunds will be issued after the order has shipped.
